We are so excited you stopped by! The mission for Crafting 4 Christ (C4C) is to encourage people to use the gifts and talents God has blessed them with and to share those with everyone they meet. C4C believes that everyone has something to offer others, no matter what stage of life they find themselves in, and in spite of of any limitations, illness, disabilities, or hardships they are experiencing.

At C4C, we believe that because God has given us “free will,” we must choose to live our lives bItter or bEtter. It’s one simple vowel, one little letter, but what we choose impacts the quality of our lives.

Teri Rolfes founded Crafting4Christ in 2023. While always having a passion for creative writing, she discovered the therapeutic benefits from arts and crafts after being diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease in 2015. She began creating jewelry and candles, which she sold at craft fairs and Farmer’s Markets. Later, she became a self-taught Watercolor artist, and created and sold watercolor prints and notecards using her artwork.

Having a servant’s heart, Teri loves volunteering at church. Her church’s vast community outreach taught her that people must be willing to meet others where they are to encourage them to develop a relationship with Christ. While some people are in places that may seem dark or scary, we must take the Light and of Jesus to them. Sometime in 2022, God nudged Teri to step outside her comfort zone and work with the teens in the Youth Group. After noticing that some students weren’t interested in the weekly sports activities, she began offering crafts and board games as an alternative activity. The teens were so enthusiastic about the new opportunities, and many learned about talents they didn’t realize they possessed.

Somewhere between crafting for her own therapy and sharing crafts with the students, God nudged Teri to start C4C to encourage everyone to use their God-given talents for His good. Since she has learned that God doesn’t take “no” for an answer, she began C4C in the fall of 2023.

Teri currently lives in Harrison, Ohio with her husband of 40 years, their youngest son, and their furry children. In addition to crafting, Teri enjoys camping and traveling through God’s beautiful creation.
